FIA director holds open court, orders immediate action on public complaints

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Mar, 2026) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Director Malik Sikandar Hayat arranged an open court at FIA Composite Circle Faisalabad to hear public complaints and issued on-spot directives to officers concerned for prompt action on grievances of the citizens.

During session, the director personally listened to multiple complaints submitted by applicants and directed the relevant officials to initiate necessary proceedings strictly on merit. He emphasized quick resolution of genuine cases and instructed the officers to ensure transparency and efficiency while dealing with public grievances.

On receiving a complaint from an elderly woman, Malik Sikandar Hayat immediately ordered registration of a case and directed FIA officials to arrest the accused and recover the amount involved, ensuring urgent relief to the complainant.

Addressing the participants on the occasion, the FIA director also issued important instructions regarding public awareness and urged the citizens to remain vigilant against different types of fraud and deception.

He advised the people to adopt precautionary measures and report suspicious activities promptly to the relevant authorities.
