ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th May, 2026) A special delegation from the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat, headed by Senior Advisor Hamid Ali Khan, visited the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) on Wednesday.
The Ombudsman’s team was accompanied by allottees of Sector F-14/15, including Tariq Faheem Sheikh, Dr. Nawaz Ahmed, Muhammad Abdul Basit, Najeeb Awan, and Dr. Yousaf.
On this occasion, Director General Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, Captain (R) Zafar Iqbal, along with senior directors and other high-ranking officials, warmly received the distinguished delegation.
During the visit, the Federal Ombudsman’s team was given a comprehensive briefing regarding the Authority’s ongoing development projects, administrative affairs, and future planning initiatives.
Special emphasis was placed on the pricing structure and policy matters related to Sectors F-14/15, for which detailed and satisfactory explanations were provided. The delegation was informed that the pricing of the sectors was determined strictly in accordance with the Authority’s established rules and regulations, transparent policies, and legal requirements.

The delegation remarked that the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority was rendering its services as a model institution at the national level. The team also commended the Authority’s development projects, modern infrastructure, and vision for the provision of quality civic amenities.
On this occasion, the leadership qualities, administrative acumen, and tireless efforts of Director General Captain (R) Zafar Iqbal for the betterment of the institution were particularly appreciated. The delegation observed that under his leadership, the Housing Authority is not only successfully executing its projects but has also significantly enhanced public confidence in the institution.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Federal Ombudsman’s delegation expressed gratitude to Director General Captain (R) Zafar Iqbal and his entire team, while appreciating the institution’s professional performance and effective administrative arrangements.
