MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Feb, 2026) South Punjab Coordinator and Multan Regional Head for Federal Ombudsman Office Dr. Muhammad Zahid heard complaints of 28 persons against National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) and got their complicated issues related to computer record updating, Pashtun category, card unblock and age related matters resolved.

Muhammad Zahid Malik, responding to a complaint from an overseas Pakistani woman, summoned Nadra and FBR officials on the next date of hearing. He also heard complaints by phone from those complainants who had failed to appear in person.
Meanwhile, assistant director regional office Hassan Ghulam Muhammad visited Kot Addu and heard complaints of 30 complainants against Mepco. He resolved all the cases during hearing at the Mepco office in Kot Addu on the spot extending relief worth Rs 600,000 to Mepco consumers, says a release issued by the spokesman.
