Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Tuesday urged the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to focus on the development of the province instead of promoting agitation politics in the country

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Tuesday urged the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to focus on the development of the province instead of promoting agitation politics in the country.

Speaking to a private television channel, he said peaceful protest demonstrations were a democratic right; however, no one would be allowed to create a law and order situation. The minister alleged that PTI had promoted a culture of uncivilized language among the youth during its previous four years in government.

Commenting on the situation in the middle East, Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said Pakistan’s leadership had played a constructive role in facilitating talks between the United States and Iran.

He added that Pakistan would continue its efforts for lasting peace and stability in the region.
