Family of martyred police official assured assistance, help

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Feb, 2026) Government functionaries and elected representatives on Saturday visited the residence of martyred police official, Syed Aamir Abbas and assured cooperation and assistance of government to family members of the victim.

Provincial minister for law, Aftab Alam, CM aide, Shafi Jan and elected representatives visited the house of martyred police official, Syed Aamir Abbas, in Isa Khel Kachai and extended condolences to his family members.

They prayed to rest the departed soul in eternal abode with peace and grant courage to bereaved family.

They said that culprits involved in the incident would be brought to justice and added that sacrifices offered by law enforcers in line of duty would not go in vain and would always be remembered.

It is worth mentioning that seven persons, including five policemen, were martyred in firing on a police van in Shakar Darra Road in Kohat.
