Faisalabad rally marks ‘Marka-e-Haq’ anniversary,expresses solidarity with armed forces

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Apr, 2026) A grand rally was staged in Faisalabad on Monday to mark the first anniversary of “Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos – Marka-e-Haq”, with participants expressing solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces and highlighting national unity.

The rally, organized by the district administration, began from District Council Chowk and concluded at Katchery Bazaar Chowk.

It was led by Divisional Commissioner Musarrat Jabeen, Deputy Commissioner Captain (retd) Nadeem Nasir, and MNA Barrister Raja Daniyal Khan.

A large number of government officials,political leaders,civil society members and citizens participated in the rally,raising slogans in support of the armed forces and carrying banners reflecting patriotic sentiments.

Speaking on the occasion, Commissioner Musarrat Jabeen said the armed forces demonstrated “extraordinary bravery and strategic excellence” during Marka-e-Haq, adding that the operation strengthened Pakistan’s defence capabilities and enhanced its global standing.

She termed Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos a “historic milestone” and said it would serve as a guiding example for future generations.

MNA Barrister Raja Daniyal Khan said the operation was not only a military success but also a reflection of national unity and resolve.

He added that Pakistan’s response to aggression showcased professionalism and strategic strength, earning international recognition.

He said the success of Marka-e-Haq had projected Pakistan as a confident and responsible state, while reaffirming that the armed forces remain fully capable of defending the country against all threats.

Authorities said a series of events,seminars and rallies are being organized across the division to commemorate the anniversary and pay tribute to the armed forces,while reinforcing national cohesion.
