HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2026) Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) has warned owners of some commercial buildings, hospitals, restaurants and fuel stations of cancellation of their No Objection Certificates (NOCs) if they failed to clear their land use dues amounts to hundreds of millions of rupees.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Director Planning and Development Control of HDA, Asghar Memon, in a statement issued here on Sunday issued an initial list of 13 defaulters who had failed to clear the dues even though they had been served notices many times.
Memon said the HDA would make no compromise over the recovery of the government dues for the land use.
He warned of legal action against the owners and sponsors who had been named in the list if they once again overlooked the notice.
