ABBOTTABAD:

Abbottabad has imposed Section 144 and banned the entry of 17 religious scholars ahead of the mourning procession in Muharram. Entry to the district has been banned for scholars as part of precautionary measures to control the law-and-order situation and maintain harmony in the district.
