Elderly motorcyclist dies

GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Mar, 2026) An elderly man was killed in a road accident here on Sunday.

According to Rescue 1122 sources, Muhammad Ashiq, 70, son of Fazal Umar and resident of Chakori Bulowal, was riding his motorcycle from Dhoop Sari towards Gujrat.

He was taking a U-turn when a speeding car coming from Dinga hit him.

As a result of the collision, he sustained severe injuries and died on the spot.

Rescue officials handed over the body to the heirs.
