Eid-ul-Fitr celebrated with zeal in Bahawalpur

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Mar, 2026) Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated across Bahawalpur with religious zeal and enthusiasm on,with congregations held at mosques and open spaces throughout the district.

The main Eid congregation was held at Markazi Eid Gah,while other major gatherings took place at Technical High school, Masjid Al-Shams,Ghousia Park,Satellite Town,One Unit Chowk,Model Town A,Abbasia High School,S.

E. College,Shia Jamia Masjid and Police Lines.

According to official sources,417 Eid congregations were organized across the district.

To ensure peaceful celebrations,the district police made elaborate security arrangements,deploying over 1,200 personnel.
