ECP releases preliminary list of Village Council delimitations in 23 districts of KP

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Mar, 2026) The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued the preliminary list of delimitations for Village Councils in 23 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and invited objections from the public until March 25.

According to an official statement, the Election Commission has allowed citizens and stakeholders to submit objections or suggestions regarding the proposed delimitations to the relevant Delimitation Authorities within the given deadline.

For this purpose, the Election Commission has appointed Regional Election Commissioners as Delimitation Authorities who will examine the objections and proposals submitted by the public and make decisions accordingly.

The preliminary delimitation lists can be obtained from the offices of the respective District Election Commissioners in the concerned districts.

The Election Commission has urged the public and all concerned parties to review the proposed delimitations and submit their objections or suggestions before the deadline if they have any concerns.
