Drug peddler arrested with ice in Korangi

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2026) District Korangi Police arrested an alleged drug peddler and recovered narcotics from his possession during a targeted operation.

According to a spokesperson for Korangi Police on Friday, personnel from Zaman Town police station carried out an action that led to the arrest of a suspect identified as Shafiq alias Kala, son of Abdul Rehman.

During the operation, police recovered 22 grams of “ice” (crystal methamphetamine) from the possession of the accused.

A case has been registered against the suspect, while authorities are verifying his previous criminal record. The arrested individual has been handed over to the investigation authorities for further legal proceedings.
