Dr Mustafa Suhag expresses grief over death of Lal Bux Mangi

SUKKUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jun, 2026) President Pakistan Peoples Party Kingri Taluka, Dr. Ghulam Mustafa Suhag has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of senior PPP leader, writer and intellectual Lal Bux Mangi, calling it a great loss for Khairpur and the party.

In a condolence statement issued here Monday, Dr. Suhag said he was deeply saddened to hear about the death of Lal Bux Mangi, a political figure of the Pakistan Peoples Party and a prominent intellectual voice of Khairpur.

Dr Suhag termed Late Lal Bux Mangi's lifelong commitment to public service and literature earned him admiration across all walks of life.

According to Dr.

Suhag, Mangi was critically injured a couple of days ago near Daur-Nawabshah while returning from Karachi and was admitted to Aga Khan Hospital Karachi, where he breathed his last today.

He said that Late Mangi was a very close lieutenant of senior politician and former Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and also served as his Political Secretary during his tenure as chief minister.

He extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and loved ones.

May Allah Almighty grant him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and give strength and patience to his family to bear this irreparable loss. Ameen, he prayed.
