DPO warns of strict legal action for law violations during Eid-ul-Fitr

BATTAGRAM, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Mar, 2026) District Police Officer, Qamar Hayat Khan Saturday finalized the security strategy for upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr and said that any violations of law during Eid-ul-Fitr would be dealt with strict legal action.

The meeting focused on curbing illegal activities such as aerial firing and one-wheeling.

DPO emphasizes that law enforcement will take rigorous measures to maintain order.

Later, DPO visited the Changel Police Station and Aman Check Post to brief personnel directly. During inspections, he directed police jawans to prioritize protection of public life and property while maintaining a standard of professionalism and empathy.

Stressing that public service was core mission of the force, he urged police team to demonstrate "good manners and humanity" in all interactions with citizens.
