DPO visits Karak to condole with Martyred Sub-Inspector's family

KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Mar, 2026) District Police Officer (DPO) Kohat, Shehbaz Elahi has visited Karak to offer condolences to the family of Sub-Inspector Anar Gul, who was martyred in the line of duty in the jurisdiction of Lachi Police Station.

He met the bereaved family at their residence and expressed heartfelt sympathy and solidarity with them.

DPO, Karak Imran Khan also accompanied him during the visit.

The officers prayed for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks and assured the family that the police department stood firmly with them during this difficult time.

DPO Shehbaz Elahi said that Sub-Inspector Anar Gul embraced martyrdom while fulfilling his duty with courage and dedication, bringing honour to the police force and the nation.

He added that the sacrifices of police martyrs were the foundation of lasting peace and would always be

remembered with respect.

He reaffirmed that the welfare and support of the families of martyrs remain a top priority for Kohat Police and that they would never be left alone.

The visit concluded with Fateha for the departed soul and prayers for patience and strength for the bereaved family.
