DPO reviews security arrangements at Khushal Garh check post

ATTOCK, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Mar, 2026) District Police Officer (DPO), Attock, Sardar Mowarhan Khan on Wednesday reviewed security measures at the Khushal Garh entry and exit check post amid heightened vigilance in the region.

During his visit, he examined the overall security arrangements, including the monitoring system and vehicle search procedures at the strategically important checkpoint.

He was accompanied by the Sub-Divisional Police Officers, Jand and Pindigheb.

The officials said the review was carried out in light of the prevailing security situation.

The DPO directed officers to further strengthen and streamline the checking process to ensure maximum effectiveness.

He stressed the mandatory use of bulletproof jackets and other protective equipment by personnel on duty.

He also instructed officers to ensure the proper use of searchlights during night-time operations to enhance visibility and response capability.
