Distt admin S. Waziristan Upper resolves citizens' problems through 'open door policy'

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) The district administration South Waziristan Upper is taking concrete steps to resolve citizens' problems at their doorstep.

As part of efforts, according to the administration, in light of provincial government, Deputy Commissioner Asmatullah Wazir is effectively implementing 'Open Door Policy' to immediately resolve peoples' problems through holding public meetings under the policy.

The administration says that under this policy, easy access to the Deputy Commissioner’s Office has been provided to various delegations, jirgas, and ordinary citizens for the immediate registration and direct resolution of their issues.

As a result, timely redressal of public complaints is being ensured, while trust between the public and the administration is also significantly increasing.

It adds the initiative helps promotes transparent and effective governance while giving top priority to resolving public issues.
