Dera's admin committed to citizens' relief in Ramazan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Mar, 2026) Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Sohail visited the vegetable market at Ratta Kulachi stadium to oversee the auction process of vegetables, fruits, and agricultural commodities here on Wednesday morning.

Accompanied by other relevant officials, he reviewed the bidding process to ensure transparency and fairness.

Following the completion of the auction, an official price list was issued to ensure sale of essential food items at government-approved rates.

He warned commission agents and shopkeepers to strictly adhere to the official price list and ensure the supply of quality goods.

He further cautioned that legal action would be taken against violators.

During the visit, cleanliness and traffic management arrangements within the market were also inspected, and necessary instructions were issued to the concerned staff for improvement.

He said the district administration was committed to providing relief to the citizens by ensuring edible items at prescribed rates and all out efforts would be made in this regard.
