Deputy Commissioner Chiniot orders strict enforcement of KPIs, accelerated field monitoring

CHINIOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jun, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Chiniot Ayesha Rizwan on Saturday chaired an important review meeting to assess the implementation of key public service initiatives and government performance indicators across the district. The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner (General)/Administrator Wasiq Abbas Haral, Assistant Commissioners, and officers from various line departments.

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed all departmental heads to ensure 100 percent implementation of the Punjab Government’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). She emphasized the need for officers to remain actively engaged in field operations, accelerate monitoring activities, and ensure full staff attendance in their respective departments.

Ayesha Rizwan instructed officials to regularly submit geo-tagged photographic evidence of fieldwork and take immediate measures to improve cleanliness, cover and maintain manholes, enforce traffic regulations, establish zebra crossings, and ensure the functionality and cleanliness of water filtration plants.

She stressed that visible improvements in public service delivery must be achieved without delay.

The Deputy Commissioner further directed Assistant Commissioners, Local Government officials, Revenue Officers, Health and education authorities, Municipal Committee officers, District Council representatives, and officials from the Highways, Buildings, Rescue, Civil Defence, and Transport departments to conduct daily monitoring and promptly resolve public issues. She warned that negligence, inefficiency, or delays in the discharge of official duties would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
