DEO stresses discipline and cleanliness at Rescue 1122 stations

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Feb, 2026) District Emergency Officer (DEO) Engineer Ehtesham Wahla chaired an important meeting to review overall performance of Rescue 1122 stations and directed the officials to ensure strict discipline, cleanliness and operational readiness across the district.

Emergency Officer Ghulam Shabbir, Rescue Safety Officers and Station Coordinators were also present in the meeting.

A detailed assessment of the performance of all rescue stations, sanitation standards and professional discipline was conducted during the session.

Addressing the participants, District Emergency Officer said that the rescue department is a sensitive and responsible public service institution. Therefore, professional conduct, punctuality and an excellent turnout must remain its hallmark, he added.

He emphasized that maintaining high standards is imperative to uphold the department’s credibility and public trust.

He issued clear instructions to ensure complete cleanliness of rescue stations and vehicles, proper maintenance and availability of equipment and round-the-clock preparedness of rescue staff.

Engineer Ehtesham Wahla said that a clean environment and strong discipline not only enhance image of the institution but also strengthen citizens’ confidence in emergency services.

He directed all officers to strictly implement these measures at their respective stations to further improve efficiency and quality of emergency response services in the district.
