DC visits city areas after rain

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmad Raza Chaudhry on Wednesday visited

various areas of the city following rainfall and reviewed ongoing drainage

and cleanliness operations.

According to the spokesperson for the DC office here, Managing Director Suthra Punjab Authority Rana Muhammad Abubakar and Managing Director WASA Abubakar Imran accompanied the Deputy Commissioner during the visit.

The DC inspected the cleanliness situation in different areas and received briefings from the concerned officers regarding the ongoing drainage and sanitation operations.

He directed all relevant departments to work in close coordination and make the cleanliness operation more effective so that roads, streets, neighbourhoods and public places could be cleared at the earliest after the rainfall.
