DC reviews public welfare initiatives

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmad Raza Chaudhry on Wednesday chaired a meeting to review progress on the public welfare initiatives, ongoing development projects and various administrative matters in the district.

According to the spokesperson for the DC office here, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Rana Muhammad Abu Bakar, Assistant Commissioners of all tehsils, Executive Engineer Buildings, District sports Officer, PMU team, Deputy Director Walled City and other relevant officers attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed progress on the construction of PERA offices, the PDMA warehouse, Shahpur Sports Complex, Bhera Archaeological Project and other development and administrative targets set by the Chief Minister Punjab.

He ordered strict monitoring to ensure the availability of flour, roti and bread at officially fixed prices.
