DC reviews Chehlum arrangements

GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jul, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi chaired a meeting to review

the arrangements for Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA).

According to official sources, police and officers of relevant departments

attended the meeting and briefed the deputy commissioner on their duty

rosters and operational plans.

The meeting reviewed security, traffic management, sanitation, Rescue 1122 services,

healthcare facilities and other administrative arrangements to ensure the peaceful

observance of Chehlum.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Qurat-ul-Ain, Assistant Commissioner

Gujrat Abdul Qadeer Zarkoon and other officers concerned also attended the meeting.
