DC,PPP leaders distributes solar systems, batteries, among deserving families

NAWABSHAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Mar, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad Abdul Samad Nizamani, PPP District President Muhammad Salim Zardari, and Incharge Zardari House Nawabshah Mir Muhammad Siyal distributed solar systems, batteries,

mobile chargers and bulbs among 40 deserving families in village Faiz Muhammad Pathan, Taluka Daur.

The solar system was distributed on

behalf of First Lady and Member National Assembly Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, the assistance was provided after

the construction of houses for deserving families under the Sindh People’s Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF)

programme.

The initiative aims to provide electricity facilities to people living in rural areas and bring ease to their daily

lives.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Abdul Samad Nizamani said that Government of Sindh had

constructed houses for people affected by rains and floods. Following this, under the vision of First Lady

Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, solar systems, batteries, fans, mobile chargers and bulbs were distributed among

deserving families.

The DC said that the purpose of this initiative is to provide alternative energy facilities to people living in

remote areas.

PPP District President Muhammad Salim Zardari and Incharge Zardari House Mir Muhammad Siyal said

that Government of Sindh and the leadership of Pakistan People's Party are prioritizing public welfare

projects, especially in rural areas, to ensure the provision of basic facilities.

They added that provision of solar systems will not only help reduce electricity shortages but will also

enable people to easily perform essential household tasks with proper lighting.

The beneficiary families expressed happiness upon receiving solar systems and thanked Government

of Sindh and MNA Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, saying that this initiative will bring a positive change in

their lives.

Assistant Commissioner Daur Muhammad Zakir, other officials, and party leaders were also present

on the occasion.
