DC Lahore inspects Data Darbar, Karbala Gamay Shah area

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Lahore Captain (retd) Muhammad Ali Ijaz visited Tehsil City to inspect provision of municipal services Data Darbar renovation.

He conducted a detailed inspection of Data Darbar, Karbala Gamay Shah and Sheranwala Gate. A detailed briefing was given on the project of renovating Data Darbar.

According to the officials, work is underway on facade lifting, installation of tuff tiles and construction of underpass in the project.

Muhammad Ali Ijaz also reviewed the parking and traffic plan around Karbala Gamay Shah and Data Darbar. He directed that security measures should be ensured in all development projects, while effective arrangements should be made for the safety of labor and citizens.
