DC directs prompt action on public complaints

LOWER DIR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) Newly appointed Deputy Commissioner , Basharat Ahmad on Tuesday held an introductory meeting with Samar Bagh administration officials and directed the authorities to ensure timely action on public complaints strictly on merit.

According to an official handout issued here, Assistant Commissioner Samar Bagh, Muhammad Ayaz and Additional Assistant Commissioner, Saeed Ullah met the deputy commissioner following his assumption of the office.

During the meeting, the assistant commissioner welcomed Basharat Ahmad on his posting in the district and briefed him in detail on the administrative situation in Samar Bagh subdivision.

The deputy commissioner instructed officials to ensure prompt and merit-based resolution of public grievances, the statement said.
