DC briefs PMS under-training officers on administrative matters

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Mar, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmad Raza Chaudhry on Monday briefed Provincial Management Service (PMS) under-training officers regarding the district's administrative structure, geographical importance, and ongoing development projects.

During a meeting held at his office, ADC Headquarters, ADC General, and Assistant Commissioners from all tehsils were also present to facilitate the briefing.

The Deputy Commissioner provided a detailed overview of various mega projects and the established control mechanisms aimed at ensuring transparency and pace in service delivery. He apprised the officers of revenue matters, administrative responsibilities, and practical aspects of daily government operations, including progress under the Punjab Development Program.

Addressing the trainees, Hussain Ahmad Raza Chaudhry emphasized that rule of law, public service, and transparency must be the top priorities while working in the field. He stated that merit, integrity, and timely decisions are the true hallmarks of a civil servant. He further urged the young officers to continue their learning process and play a proactive role in resolving public grievances.

The DC also responded to various queries raised by the under-training officers regarding administrative challenges and departmental coordination during the session.
