CRA delegation calls on Sindh Governor

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st May, 2026) A delegation of Crime Reporters Association (CRA), led by its President Sameer Qureshi, called on Governor of Sindh Syed Muhammad Nihal Hashmi at the Governor's House here Friday.

During the meeting, a detailed exchange of views took place on journalistic affairs and matters of mutual interest, said a statement on Friday.

The Governor assured the delegation that relevant departments would be contacted to resolve these issues and that practical measures would be taken.

He stated that journalists were the eyes and ears of society and addressing their concerns was the government's responsibility.
