CPO shares Iftar with traffic, police personnel

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Feb, 2026) City Police Officer (CPO) Bilal Umar has shared Iftar with traffic and police personnel at Agricultural University Chowk and paid tribute to their dedication and high morale during the holy month of Ramadan-ul-Mubarak.

He joined police officers and jawans for Iftar in the blessed month and encouraged them for performing their duties with commitment despite challenges.

Before Iftar, the CPO met the personnel deployed at the busy intersection and discussed issues faced during discharge of their official responsibilities.

Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Nasir Javed, DSP Civil Lines Ghulam Shabbir and other police officers and personnel were also present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, CPO Bilal Umar said that Ramadan-ul-Mubarak taught lessons of patience, tolerance and selflessness and the police force was rendering commendable services to ensure public safety and maintain law & order with dedication and responsibility.

He said that strong coordination and mutual trust between officers and the force formed foundation of institutional success.

He appreciated spirit of the personnel who continued to serve the public even while observing fasts.

The force would also continue to perform its duties with sincerity and professionalism to maintain peace across the city, he added.
