RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jul, 2026) City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi, Hassan Mushtaq Sukhaira on Thursday reviewed the overall crime situation and departmental performance during a meeting at Police Lines Headquarters, directing officers to ensure effective investigations, timely challan completion and improved public service delivery.

The meeting was attended by Senior Superintendents of Police, Superintendents of Police, Deputy Supertendents of Police, Station House Officers, branch heads, and other relevant officials.

During the meeting, the CPO reviewed key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessed the progress of various policing matters.

He issued clear directions to officers to strictly implement the orders related to crime control, service delivery, investigation standards, and operational efficiency.

CPO Hassan Mushtaq Sukhaira emphasized that there would be no negligence in the registration of First Information Reports, investigation procedures, or facilitation of citizens.

He directed officers to ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and prescribed timelines during investigations.

He further instructed SSP Operations and SSP Investigation to regularly monitor the performance of all branch heads and take necessary steps to maintain departmental standards and improve policing services across Rawalpindi.
