Commissioner visits Civil hospital

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Mar, 2026) Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali on Saturday visited Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital (DHQ) to inspect medical facilities and review administrative and cleanliness standards.

During the visit,he examined the ophthalmology department and the children’s emergency ward in Rehmatul Alameen Block and inquired about the services provided to patients.

The Commissioner also directed the XEN Building to prepare an estimate for repair and painting of the entire hospital building,to be included in the upcoming development scheme so that work could begin immediately.

Medical Superintendent Dr.Sohail Khawaja briefed the Commissioner on issues faced by the hospital.

Hafiz Shaukat Ali emphasized that,following the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab,the hospital must provide high-quality medical facilities and improved treatment to ensure maximum relief for patients.
