Commissioner reviews facilities at BVH, directs improved patient care

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Mar, 2026) Commissioner Bahawalpur Division Musarrat Jabeen paid an inspection visit to Bahawal Victoria Hospital to review medical facilities and patient care arrangements.

During her visit, she toured the Neurosurgery Ward and met with attendants of patients under treatment. She inquired about the quality of medical services being provided and listened to their feedback regarding treatment and hospital facilities. Director Health Services Bahawalpur Dr. Syed Tanveer Shah and Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr. Abdul Rehman accompanied the Commissioner.

Musarrat Jabeen conducted a detailed inspection of various sections of the Neurosurgery Ward, including the pharmacy, and reviewed the healthcare services being extended to patients.

She directed the hospital administration to further improve cleanliness in the waiting area established near the ward and ensure maximum facilities for visitors and attendants.

The commissioner stressed that all available resources must be fully utilised to provide better and more effective medical treatment to patients. She instructed the hospital management to remain vigilant in maintaining service standards and prioritizing patient welfare.
