(PERA) City Bahawalpur Enforcement Station near Millat Colony and One Unit Staff Colony to review
quality of work.
During the visit, officials briefed the commissioner on the project's progress, construction standards,
and the status of various development phases.
According to a briefing by the director Development, the state-of-the-art enforcement station is being
constructed in line with the directives of the Punjab government to modernize and strengthen the province's enforcement system.
The facility will include a ground floor and first floor, a guard room, a secure boundary wall, a main entrance gate, a parking shed, and other essential administrative and office facilities, providing an improved working environment for staff and enhancing public service delivery.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Officials informed the commissioner that the construction of the boundary wall has been completed, while the foundation of the main building has also been successfully finished. Brick masonry above the plinth beam level is progressing rapidly, and all available resources are being utilized to ensure the project's completion within the prescribed timeline.
Commissioner Irfan Ali Kathia emphasized the importance of maintaining high construction standards, transparency, and timely execution. He directed the concerned departments and the construction contractor to complete the project within the stipulated timeframe without compromising on quality.
He stated that the Punjab government places the timely completion of public welfare projects among its highest priorities and warned that no compromise on construction quality would be tolerated.
