LORALAI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) Commissioner Loralai Division, Wali Muhammad Barech, has announced ambitious plans to transform the Divisional Public School (DPS) Loralai into a modern, high-quality institution comparable to the renowned DPS network in Punjab.

He emphasized that the initiative was aimed to provide children of the region with access to excellent educational facilities at the local level.

Speaking at a ceremony held at DPS Loralai, Commissioner Wali Muhammad Barech, highlighted the importance of education as the foundation of societal progress. The event was attended by teachers, students, parents, and community members from various walks of life. During the ceremony, the commissioner distributed prizes among students who had demonstrated outstanding academic performance.

Wali Muhammad Barech acknowledged that the school had previously faced neglect but assured that effective measures were now being taken to align it with modern educational standards.

He announced that students achieving more than 90 percent marks in examinations would be offered free education at DPS Loralai.

Similarly, talented students transferring from other schools with the same level of achievement would be granted admission without fees. He further noted that the school was staffed with capable, experienced, and highly qualified teachers, and that new facilities were being introduced to enhance the quality of education. To foster national awareness and academic engagement, he revealed that a major educational program would be held on May 28, followed by a special ceremony on August 14.

Commissioner Wali Muhammad Barech urged students to focus on hard work, discipline, and education, stressing, “the children of Loralai are second to none, and it is our collective responsibility to provide them with the best opportunities.”
