Commissioner inaugurates newly constructed modern library in Turbat’s school

QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th May, 2026) Commissioner Makran Qadir Bakhsh Pirkani visited Government Boys Model High School Turbat, where he was warmly welcomed by the school’s Principal Akbar Ismail and the teachers.

During the visit, Commissioner Makran formally inaugurated the newly constructed modern library in the school.

On this occasion, the Principal gave him a detailed briefing regarding the school’s academic activities, administrative affairs and the problems being faced. Commissioner Makran assured priority action to resolve the issues. Later, Commissioner Makran visited the school grounds and reviewed the ongoing development works and issued instructions to the concerned authorities to maintain the construction quality and complete the projects on time.

Meanwhile, Commissioner Makran Qadir Bakhsh Pirkani handed over the smart screen framed by CPD PITE Ketch with the support of UNICEF and GPE grant to Principal Akbar Ismail Sahib along with UPS.

The aim of this initiative is to improve the quality of education through modern technology. Various educational, social and government personalities were also present on the occasion.

At the end of the visit, the school administration thanked Commissioner Makran and other distinguished guests.
