Commissioner checks prices, quality at Ramzan Relief Market

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Feb, 2026) Commissioner Musarrat Jabeen conducted an inspection visit to the Negahban Ramzan Bazaar established at the Sahulat Bazaar in Bahawalpur.

During the visit, she reviewed in detail the availability, quality, and pricing of essential commodities, particularly fruits and vegetables being provided at government-notified rates under the Punjab Government’s Ramzan relief initiative.

The Commissioner directed that all available resources be utilized to provide maximum relief to citizens during the holy month of Ramzan.

During the visit, the Commissioner interacted with citizens to obtain feedback regarding facilities, product quality, and pricing, with the objective of further improving arrangements and ensuring transparency in service delivery.

Assistant Commissioner Bahawalpur City Khalil Ahmad, Assistant Director Agriculture Munaza Sehrish, and Secretary Market Committee Asma Alvi were also present on the occasion.
