'Citizen Facilitation Center' opens in DI Khan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Mar, 2026) A Citizen Facilitation Center has been formally inaugurated in Dera Ismail Khan under the people-friendly initiatives of the provincial government to provide multiple government services under one roof.

The center has been established on the directives of the provincial government with the support of the Directorate of IT, aiming to make public services more accessible, efficient and convenient for citizens.

The facility offers around 30 different services, including issuance of birth and death certificates, marriage and divorce certificates, new water connections, trade licenses, building plan approvals, matters related to encroachments, waste and drainage complaints, land records, vehicle records, file verification and registration, arms licenses, domicile certificates, property transfers, demarcation, copies of land records and e-Sahulat (NADRA), along with several other public services.

With the establishment of the center, the residents will no longer need to visit multiple offices, as they can now access a wide range of government services quickly and conveniently at a single location.
