During the inspection, he thoroughly reviewed ongoing police work and directly sought feedback from visiting citizens regarding the quality and efficiency of services being provided.

The DPO carefully examined facilities available at various counters within the Police Service Center, particularly under the one-window operation system designed to streamline public access. Citizens present at the facility expressed satisfaction with the services, appreciating the organized environment and prompt assistance.

Reviewing the overall arrangements, Dr. Naveed Atif emphasized the importance of further enhancing public service delivery. He directed officials to ensure timely guidance, courteous dealing, and the provision of modern facilities so that citizens can efficiently resolve their matters without unnecessary delays.

Speaking on the occasion, the DPO reiterated that police services are being delivered in an improved and professional environment. He added that the public now enjoys a conducive and well-managed atmosphere at police offices, enabling them to access essential services with confidence and convenience.
