CHINIOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Mar, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Ayesha Rizwan and District Police Officer (DPO) Dr. Naveed Atif on Tuesday held a significant meeting with organizers and license holders to review peace and security arrangements for the upcoming martyrdom day of Hazrat Ali (AS). Meanwhile, officials collectively discussed various administrative matters, including the sensitive routes, timing, and management of processions and religious gatherings across the district.

Furthermore, Deputy Commissioner Ayesha Rizwan said the district administration would ensure comprehensive arrangements to facilitate all processions and gatherings. In addition, she clearly emphasized that all events would be organized in accordance with government instructions. Therefore, strict implementation of the prescribed SOPs would be ensured to maintain order and safety during the commemorative occasion.

On this occasion, DPO Dr. Naveed Atif informed participants that a robust and effective security plan had been finalized by the police. Subsequently, he stated that additional police personnel would be strategically deployed along procession routes, while law enforcement agencies would vigilantly utilize all available resources to maintain peace and stability.

Finally, the organizers and license holders assured the administration of their full cooperation. Consequently, they also presented several concerns and suggestions during the meeting, which were carefully noted by the authorities. Necessary instructions were promptly issued to the concerned officers to address the matters and ensure smooth arrangements for the event.
