CEO directs officials to ensure optimal service in Muharram

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jun, 2026) The Chief Executive Officer of Hyderabad Water and Sewerage Corporation (HW&SC) Tufail Ahmed Abro has directed his subordinates to make all the required arrangements to ensure efficient water supply in all parts of Hyderabad during the days of Ashura.

The HW&SC's spokesman informed here on Friday that the CEO had directed all the Executive Engineers to maintain coordination with the district administration, municipal officials and organizers of the mourners organizations.

He added that Abro told the officials to complete all arrangements for water supply and drainage before the start of Muharram.

He said the CEO particularly asked the officials to ensure that no water supply or drainage issue cropped up at mosques, imambargahs, places of majalis and routes of processions.
