CDA to auction commercial plots from August 4

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced that it will hold an open auction of commercial plots and other properties from August 4 to 6 at the Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jul, 2026) The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced that it will hold an open auction of commercial plots and other properties from August 4 to 6 at the Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad.

According to the CDA, the auction will begin at 10am each day and will be organised by the Directorate of Estate Management-II.

The properties to be offered include commercial plots in the Blue Area, G-10 Markaz, F-11 Markaz, I-8 Markaz, I-9 Markaz, I-12 Markaz, C-13, G-6 I&T Centre (Aabpara), G-11/1 I&T Centre, and the E-11 Northern Strip.

The authority will also auction apartment plots in the Diplomatic Enclave, G-11/3, and E-11 Northern Strip.

In addition, plots designated for petrol pumps/filling stations in I-12 Markaz and I-16 Markaz, agro farms on Orchard Murree Road, and a number of shops in the Blue Area Parking Plaza have been included in the auction.

The CDA said interested bidders could participate in the three-day auction scheduled to take place at the Jinnah Convention Centre.
