Car overturns near Hyderabad bypass after driver falls asleep

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Jun, 2026) A car overturned on the Hyderabad Bypass early Tuesday morning after the driver reportedly fell asleep while driving, but no casualties or injuries were reported.

According to Rescue 1122 spokesperson Dilbar Halepoto, the accident occurred near Wadhu Wah Gate in Qasimabad when the driver lost control of the vehicle after dozing off during the journey, causing the car to overturn.

Upon receiving the information, a Rescue 1122 team rushed to the scene. With the assistance of a recovery vehicle and local residents, rescuers uprighted the overturned car and safely handed it over to its owner Ghulam Haider Mallah. Rescue officials confirmed that no one was injured or killed in the incident.
