Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Faryal Talpur review AJK political strategy, election preparations

MIRPUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Jul, 2026) Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and PPP Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Political Affairs In-Charge Faryal Talpur on Wednesday held a high-level meeting with the party's senior AJK leadership at Zardari House in Islamabad to review the political situation in the region and finalize preparations for the upcoming AJK general election campaign, according to a party statement.

The meeting was attended by PPP AJK President Chaudhry Yasin, AJK Legislative Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Latif Akbar, AJK Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, Mian Abdul Waheed, Chaudhry Yaser Sultan, Chaudhry Riaz and other senior party leaders.
