Beautification work intensified at Children’s Park, Committee Chowk

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Apr, 2026) The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi(HAR) has stepped up efforts to maintain greenery and improve cleanliness at Children’s Park in Committee Chowk.

Acting on the directions of the Managing Director, HAR, Ahmed Hassan Ranjha, teams were carrying out the plantation of seasonal flowers, regular maintenance of plants and trimming of lawns in the park and surrounding green belts, said HAR spokesperson here on Thursday.

Special teams have also been deployed to enhance cleanliness standards and provide a more pleasant environment for visitors.

All available resources were being utilised to keep recreational spaces clean, safe and visually appealing. He said maintaining the city’s beauty was a shared responsibility and urged citizens to support efforts to protect parks and green belts.

He added that similar initiatives would continue at other key locations to promote a greener and more attractive Rawalpindi.
