Karachi: Attock Refinery has restarted operations after crude oil supply resumed and tanker movement recovered, restoring petrol and diesel production in Pakistan.

The refinery had shut its main unit when crude oil supply stopped. The chaos came after the temporary halt of oil tankers movement in Islamabad by the entrance of a foreign delegation, which impacted the Pakistan fuel supply chain, the oil refinery operation and Pakistan energy sector update.
