ATTOCK, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jul, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Attock Dr. Mudassar Ahmed Shah on Monday conducted an extensive inspection of ongoing development projects across the city and directed officials to expedite work while ensuring quality standards. He also reviewed traffic management, parking facilities and other civic issues during the visit.

Accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) and Administrator Municipal Committee Aniel Saeed, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Hafiz Zeeshan Ahmed, Assistant Commissioner Attock Arif Qureshi, Chief Officer Municipal Committee Sardar Aftab Ahmed Khan and other officials, the deputy commissioner received detailed briefings on the progress and timely execution of various development schemes. He instructed the relevant departments to complete all projects within the stipulated timeframe without compromising on quality.

Dr. Shah also inspected traffic flow, parking arrangements, pushcart vendors and rickshaw stands, directing the authorities to remove illegal encroachments and curb haphazard parking that disrupts public movement. He ordered the formulation of practical arrangements for pushcart vendors and rickshaw drivers to facilitate smooth traffic while safeguarding public convenience.

Addressing officials during the visit, the deputy commissioner said the district administration remained committed to providing residents with a clean, organized and well-managed urban environment. He called for stronger coordination among government departments, continuous monitoring of development projects and prompt action to improve sanitation, city beautification, traffic management and the delivery of quality civic services.
