LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday sent six accused, including two women, to jail for an identification parade in a kidnap-for-ransom case involving the alleged abduction of a citizen from Sundar for Rs 6 million ransom.
The suspects were produced before the court by the Crime Control Department with their faces covered.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>During the hearing, the investigating officer requested the court to allow an identification parade of the accused.
Judge Manzer Ali Gill accepted the request and directed the authorities to complete the identification parade by May 25.
According to the investigation officer, the accused allegedly kidnapped citizen Naeem and demanded Rs 6 million for his release.
The accused include Zarina Bibi, Raheel and Ali Hasnain among others.
