RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Feb, 2026) A special court of Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi on Thursday granted a one-day exemption from personal appearance to Aleema Khan in a case registered at Sadiqabad Police Station in connection with the November 26 protest of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and adjourned hearing until March 2.
The case is being heard against Aleema Khan and 10 other accused.
Senior Prosecutor Zaheer Shah and the prosecution’s final witness, investigating officer Khalil, were present in court. Defence counsel Muhammad Faisal Malik filed an application seeking one-day exemption from appearance for Aleema Khan, which the court accepted.
The court directed her to ensure attendance on the next date of hearing.
