ATC Adjourns hearing against Aleema Khan till Friday

A special court of the Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi adjourned hearing of a case registered at Sadiqabad Police Station in connection with the November 26 protest against Aleema Khan till Friday without proceedings due to the judge’s leave

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Feb, 2026) A special court of the Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi adjourned hearing of a case registered at Sadiqabad Police Station in connection with the November 26 protest against Aleema Khan till Friday without proceedings due to the judge’s leave.

Non-bailable arrest warrants had earlier been issued over her repeated absence; however, she appeared before the court on the previous hearing date. The defence counsel was to cross-examine the last two prosecution witnesses in the case.
