FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) Divisional Commissioner and Chairperson of board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Faisalabad Madam Musarrat Jabeen on Tuesday said that comprehensive arrangements have been finalized to ensure transparent and complaint-free conduct of the annual intermediate examinations commencing from May 20 across the division.
She was presiding over a high-level meeting while Regional Police Officer (RPO) Sohail Akhtar Sukhera, Deputy Commissioners, City Police Officer(CPO),Tanveer Hussain,Additional Commissioners,Secretary BISE,Controller of Examinations and CEOs Education also attended it.
The divisional commissioner assigned deputy commissioners, CPOs, DPOs and additional commissioners the task of inspecting examination centers to monitor arrangements and ensure strict implementation of examination rules.
She declared the presence of all relevant Education Board staff and mobile inspectors at examination centers mandatory and directed the establishment of emergency cells at district level for immediate response to complaints and issues.
She made it clear that no mobile phone would be allowed inside examination halls and directed deputy commissioners to immediately impose Section 144 and ensure its strict enforcement around examination centers.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>She ordered strict action against cheating mafia and directed authorities concerned to register cases against elements involved in illegal activities aimed at compromising the transparency of examinations.
She said that the administration was determined to make the examinations 100 percent complaint-free and emphasized that examinations must be conducted in their true spirit and according to prescribed rules and regulations.
She further directed that foolproof security arrangements should be ensured at all examination centers across the division, adding that police patrolling should be intensified and special squads constituted to maintain law and order.
“Those taking the law into their hands should be locked behind bars”, she remarked while directing police and administrative officers to adopt zero tolerance against cheating and unlawful interference in examination process.
The meeting also reviewed monitoring mechanisms, deployment plans and coordination among district administrations, police and education authorities to ensure peaceful and transparent conduct of the examinations throughout the division.
